He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Adele Urbanski, Chuck and Alice Hicok. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Urbanski and Amy Urbanski (Hicok); his sister Jessica Duppler (Ivan); his niece Winnie; his nephew Ethan Duppler; his aunts, Pam Urbanski and Jane Goett (Greg); and his uncle Bill Hicok (Terri). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Verucchi's Ristorante (600 N Greenwood St, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital in Oak Park, Illinois, in memory of Jacob and in gratitude for the care he received there as a child.
