She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gallis and Pat Gallis (Fanti); and her brother-in-law Lou Zecca. She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Carlson; her daughters, Lisa Matthews (Paul) of Metamora and Carla Senica (Jim) of La Salle; her grandchildren, Cassidy Leynaud (G. W.) of Peru, Claire Senica (Mikeal Mortimer) of Peru, Evan Matthews (Tegan Roberts) of Bloomington and Caden Matthews (Lily) of Madison, WI; her great grandchildren, Crew and Blake Leynaud; and her sister Kathie Zecca of Peru. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (212 S Main St, Cherry, IL 61317). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
