She is survived by : her father Robert Turpen of North Carolina; her husband Phil Collins; her children, Richard Orlandi (Leah), Linda McCluskey (Shane), Isabelle Collins and J. C. Collins; her grandchildren, Abby, Hailey, Oliver and Norah; and her siblings, Michelle Turpen, Teri Turpen, Robert Turpen (Christy) and Chad Turpen (Angie).
