She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis R. Davis and Ida Alberta Davis (Cole); her former husband Charles Dumbris; her husband James R. Grigsby; her siblings, Dale Creighton and Norma Jean Leslie; and her stepdaughter Donna Hilliard.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles Dumbris (Rose) of Springfield, IL, Alan Dumbris (Linda) of Berea, KY and Don Dumbris (Jennifer) of Golconda, IL; her stepchildren, Linda Eversole (Chris) and James Grigsby (Alicia) of Springfield, IL; and her brother Jerry Creighton of Rochester, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
