He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus Gaylord and Thelma Barber. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Kay Ray; his daughters, Claudette Kay Garber (Donald) and Gwen Ellen Gotkowski; his wife Deloris Barber; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kay Garber, Justin Robert Gotkowski (Shannon) and Blake Elliott Gotkowski; his great grandchildren, Jason Gotkowski, Jack Gotkowski, Joshua Gotkowski and Liliana Gotkowski; his nephew Gaylord Hendrix; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Walter (Joan) and Ellen Ahrens (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
