She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Moore and Gladys Moore (Stroud); her husband Wayne Bartlett; her daughter Debra Green (Bartlett); her great grandchild Regan Hunt; her daughter Ana Phillilps; her brother Emerson Moore, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Irene Moore, Donna Johnson Rieger, Bud Johnson and Donald Bartlett; and her grandson-in-law Michael Weller.

She is survived by: her daughter Christine Humphreys (Russell) of Rochester, IL; her son-in-law Stephen Green of Charleston, IL; her granddaughter Danielle Hunt (Ian) of Springfield, IL; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Liam; her grandchildren, Nicole Weller of Rochester, IL, Matthew Green of Charleston, IL and Melinda Geyer (John) of Bettendorf, IA; her great grandchildren, Abigail and Josephine; her siblings, Kevin Moore (Jerry) of Princeton, IL, Larry Moore (Carole Novak), Erna Miller (Rod) of Mineral, IL and Linda Jacobs (Claude) of Springfield, IL; and her sister-in-law Karen White (Harry) of Perry, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
