It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Young Borgman of Springfield, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Borman and Janke "Jenny" DeJong Borman; his daughter Anne Clements; his granddaughter Hannah Mansell; and his siblings, Robert Borgman and Elaine Leeper.

He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Cloo; his daughter Kathy Mansell (Ken) of South Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Rachel Mansell, Andrew Clements, Elijah Clements, Daniel Clements, Micah Clements, Naomi Clements and Gabriel Clements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville.
