She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Shepherdson and Lillie Shepherdson (Barger); her husband John Ebers, Jr.; her brother Harold Shepherdson; and her sibling's children, Mark, Paul Shepherdson and Becky Shepherdson.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Miller (Richard) of Springfield and John Ebers (Leigh) of Springfield; and her granddaughters, Katie and Anna Ebers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (220 S 2nd St, Springfield, IL 62701).
Memorial Contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Animal Protective League.
