She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Cox and Etta Ferris Cox; her husband Wayne L. Lael; her siblings, Rose Hish, Lorene Olroyd and Harold Cox; and her great grandchild Freya Mae Bushnell-Ervin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Lael-Jones (Frank) of Rochester, IL and Julie Wilkerson (Keith) of Greenview, IL; her grandchildren, Cody Jones and Alyssa Ervin; her great grandchild Brentley Bushnell-Ervin; her sister Florence Cary of Virginia, IL; and her extended family, Diane Lael-Stephens and Jonna Quigg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
