She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Cassidy and Louise Cassidy (McIntosh); her daughter Deanna Marie Kolkhorst; her grandson Shane Parnell; and her sister Helen Hoehn.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Kolkhorst, Sharon Sampson (Jeff), Kevin Kolkhorst and Brian Kolkhorst (Tammy); her grandchildren, Ashley Burdinsky (Sam) and Dustin Sampson (Cori); her great grandchildren, Gavin Burdinsky, Bailey Burdinsky, Kylie Anderson and Alexandria Burdinsky; and her siblings, Bill Cassidy of Coalton, IL and Rose Wilson of Ramsey, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
