She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schwartz and Rose Schwartz (Slodnick); and her brother Daniel Duwell. She is survived by: her husband Richard Freitag of Springfield; and her children, Rochelle Freitag of Springfield and Howard Freitag (Randee) of Sedona. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Animal Protective League.
