He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Urish and Verna Urish (Lussenhop); his wife Carolyn Hintz; and his brother Donald Urish. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Urish (Marcena) of Springfield and Jason Urish (Mariana) of Springfield; and his siblings, Jerry Urish (Debbie) of Manito and Carolee Bohannan (Gerald) of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
