He is survived by: his son Jason Dozier; his granddaughter Elsie Dozier; his stepdaughter Billie Langfelder (Jim); his stepgrandchildren, Justin Langfelder (Lindsay), Ryan Langfelder and Lauren Langfelder (Devon Ritz); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lylah and Leo Langfelder; his nephew Mark Dozier; and his niece Sheila Unser.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A masonic service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Shriners Children's – St. Louis, MO or to Morrisonville United Methodist Church.
