She was predeceased by : her parents, Matthew Burl and Jessie Marie Kern Neavill; her daughter Deborah; and her siblings, Lee Neavill, Frances Weidhuner and Susan Bice.
She is survived by : her husband Thomas Edward Howard. She is also survived by her daughter's cookies, grand-daughter's cakes, and daughter-in-law.
