We are sad to announce that, on October 4, 2022, at the age of 82, Beverly Jean Smith of Springfield, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Martin and Velma Lucille Waller, Jr. (Powless); and her children, Frederick Martin Smith and Patricia Ann Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Lee Smith (Patricia) of Katy, TX and Kenneth Ray Smith (Vickie) of Springfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
