She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Fulton and Verdie Fulton; her husband Robert Spicer (Bob) of Virden, IL; her siblings, Bernard Fulton, Roberta Wallner, Joyce Brown, Donna Gleason and Carolyn Kinner; and her great grandchild Wyatt Wildhaber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Wildhaber (Gregg), Robb Spicer (Lynn) and Jody Altun; her grandchildren, Jessica Fortenberry (Joseph), Ryan Spicer (Jordan), Marc Wildhaber (Megan) and David Hardwick; her great grandchildren, Brayden Wildhaber, Cole Spicer, Carly Spicer, Maddie Wildhaber, Clayton Spicer and Wesley Wildhaber; and her brother Bob Fulton. She is also survived by family members and friends.
