She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Thomason and Cornelia Thomason (Glenn); her stepfather Robert Toney; and her husband Larry Strickland. She is survived by: her sons, Corey of Springfield and Robert Tolley (Tammy) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Courtney Paulen (Kevin), Alison Thomas (Zach), Erik Larsen and Matt Morris; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Payton, Brody Paulen and Eleanor Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
