He is survived by: his children, Jackie Garvey (Mark) of Columbia, Missouri, Jason Cassidy of Springfield, Illinois and James Ryan, Jr.; and his cousins, Carol Caulk Hempen (Jim), Cathy Caulk Vincent and Karen Cassidy Benning (Ivan). He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
