She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Billops; her granddaughter Tyanna Sullivan; and her brothers, John Jr., Terry, William (Pete), Ray and Louis Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Marlon Billops of Dixon Illinois, Darius Billops, Blake, Breaon Billops of Springfield, IL and Tamirra; her mother Mercie Sullivan of Springfield, IL; and her siblings, Michael, Darryl Sullivan, Mary Sullivan of Springfield, IL and Joyce Dotts of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren, and several aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
