He is survived by: his wife Amy Earl of Springfield; his daughters, Kelsi Larison (Matt) of Springfield, Kaitlyn Earl (Jacob Nagel) of Springfield and Makenzi Earl (Jon Thompson) of Springfield; his stepchildren, Austin of Springfield, Jack of Springfield and Ruth Wickenhauser of Springfield; his grandson Julian Thompson; and his siblings, Nora O'Neill, Dana Cave, Daniel Wahl, Elva Craig and Henry White Jr..
