She was predeceased by: her parents, William Finn and Patricia Finn (Jallas); her son Brent Phillips; and her brother Roger Finn. She is survived by: her husband Martin D. Rapp, Jr.; her children, Brock Phillips (Terri) and Brandy Black (Tim); her grandchildren, Alex (Mekensi), Josh (Kayla), Samantha (Brandon), Brent, Heather, Brooke (Steffon), Brock Jr., Serenity, Therryn, Austtyn and Khristina; and her siblings, Mike Cass (Mary) and Sherrie Burdue (Carmel Danenburger). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Animal Protective League.
