She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmet H. Lansing and Helena Lansing (Muskopf); her former husband George Brown; her husband Melvin "Mel" Zimmerman; and her brothers, Don and Jerry Lansing.
She is survived by: her son Craig Lansing (Ellie) of Springfield; her stepdaughter Dawn Armstrong (John) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Natalie Armstrong, Riley Cunningham (Julia Loveless), Mara Cunningham, Cailey Lansing (Devin Schluter), Brenden Lansing (Cassie Gray) and Karsen Lansing; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Lansing of Augusta, GA and Kathy Lansing of Mascoutah, IL.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may direct memorial contributions in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
