She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Butzen and Loretta I. Ponshe Butzen; and her brother Carl J. Butzen. She is survived by: her siblings, Chris W. Butzen of Henderson, Nevada and Christine E. Potthast of Chicago; her nephews, Kurt and Kent Potthast; and her great-niece Kattie Roberts.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bohemian National Cemetery (5255 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60630).
