She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jensen and Elaine Jensen (Boylan); and her husband Hershel Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lisa Martin (Gerard) of Burr Ridge, IL and John M Fitzpatrick of Pekin, IL; her granddaughter Katie Martin of Burr Ridge, IL; and her brother Jan Jensen (Sharon) of Ormond Beach, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
