She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kessler and Leona Kessler; her children, Susan (Seifried) and Kris (Andrea); and her sisters, Liz and Jean.

She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Duerr; her children, Karen (Rust), Thomas (Tina), David and Joy; and her husband William Nerone. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Third Presbyterian Church.
