She is survived by: her daughter Rachael Smith of Springfield; her grandchildren, Thaddeus, Gabriel, Abbigayle and Sebastian Szcinski; and her brothers, William A. Smith, Joseph M. Smith (Kimberly) and C. Douglas Smith (Lisa). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
