He is survived by: his parents, Frank Rutherford, (Janiece) and Laurie Rutherford, Jr. (Andrew); his daughter Autumn; his siblings, Holly Watts (Kendall Baunmann) and Jeremy Rutherford (Amanda); his grandmothers, Shari Erickson (Jim) and Mary Dooley; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Tyler (Kylee), Cooper, Jaelynn, Carson, Briella and Addisyn; his great-nephew Waylon (Stink); and his close friend Allen Preston.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made c/o Laurie Wilson for the future care of his daughter, Autumn Rose.
