She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Weidhuner and Eleanor Weidhuner (Stailey); and her brother-in-law Steve Kapshandy. She is survived by: her children, Julie Osban of Springfield and Kevin Phillips (Laura Bridgewater) of Cary, NC; her grandchildren, JoAnna Osban and Jason Phillips; and her sister Rosalee Kapshandy of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.
