He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Myers and Anna Myers (Collum); and his daughter Christine Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lois J. Delaney; his children, James Cantrall of Springfield and Melissa Mullinax (Carl) of Springfield; his grandsons, Bradly Johnson, Oliver Mullinax and Quentin Mullinax; and his sister Brenda Traughber (Rick) of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by two aunts; one uncle and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
