He was predeceased by: his parent Thelma Lowery; his daughter Pamela; and his siblings, Janice and Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Franklin Watts (Ruth) and Michelle Williams; and his sisters, Alice Lowry, Beverly Dixon (Elijah), Regina Purnell, Katherine Monroe (Michael), Cheryl (Kelvin) and Sharon Casey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members.
