He is survived by: his caregivers, Dawn and Ashleigh; his children, James Bremhorst (Linda) of Springfield and Nancy Bremhorst of Springfield; his sister Sandra MacArthur of Sarasota, FL; and his grandchildren, Katherine Dodge (Corby), Peter Bremhorst and Mary Ellen Bremhorst.
