He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Lowe, and Martha Lowe, Sr. (Oberreiter); and his sister Helen Abel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Ruble; his son Tyler Lowe (Missy) of Springfield; his stepchildren, Lisa Bok (Dave), Stephanie Koyne of Riverton and Troy Koyne (Angie) of Pawnee; his grandchildren, Allison, Colton, Hailey, Dakoda, Skyler, Rylan and Hunter; and his sisters, Barbara Curry (Al) of Springfield and Sandy Steimel (Bob) of Chatham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
