She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Narretta Irvin (Butler); her husband Roy Earl Denton Sr.; her granddaughter Caitlin Parbs; her sister Pat Murray (Reg); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Bertillo, Ronnie Denton and Phyllis Jerman.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Earl Denton Jr. (Tonya) of Thebes, Denise Parbs of Springfield, Robert Denton (Paula) of Auburn and Bill Denton (Tim) of Texas; her grandchildren, Matt Parbs, Tenaya Winkelman, Josh Denton and Erica Denton; her great grandchild Thea Winkelman; her sister Marsha Bertillo of St. Charles, Missouri; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Denton (Terry) of Hartford, David Denton (Cheryl) of California and Nina Denton of Omaha, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other extended family.
