Though Courtney may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parent Janet Dickason. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Dickason; his children, Jennifer L. Dickason and Drew R. Dickason (Kala); his grandchildren, Kainan of Springfield and Khloe of Springfield; his siblings, Allen C. Dickason (Barbara) of Carmel, California, Debra G. Dickason of Springfield and Wendy A. Call (Terrence) of Coffeen, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Barry Becker (Patty) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Firefighters Lake Club (940 W Lake Shore Dr, Springfield, IL 62712).
