He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Crumrine. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Crumrine (Labanowski); his wife Carrie Crumrine of Springfield; his son Isaac Crumrine of Springfield; his brothers, Pat Crumrine (Michelle) of Washington, IL, Nick Crumrine (Sabrina) of Carman, IL and Tim Crumrine (Lacey) of Rushville; his mother-in-law Amy Burdeau of Carlyle; and his sister-in-law Laura Walbert (Chuck) of Sherman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dan Crumrine Memorial Golf Scholarship.
