It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel E. Lanzotti (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on April 21, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vic Lanzotti and Lucille Lanzotti; and his sister Connie Young. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Lanzotti; his wife Lisa Esslinger; his children, Vic (Jamie), Nicholas (Kellie), Lauren and Audrey; his grandchildren, Jackson, Alli, Lanie, Brooklyn, Zella and Luke; his brother Dr. Vic Lanzotti (Joyce); and his brothers-in-law, Rennie Young, Perry Esslinger (Wendy) and Steve Esslinger (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
