He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jordan and Grace Brest (Dexheimer); and his brother Ronald Brest. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Busboom and Michael Alan; his grandchildren, Craig West, Kyle Seibert, Charlie and Myles Alan; and his brother Mark A. Brest of Loveland, CO..
