He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Thompson and Elsie Thompson (Maile). He is survived by: his children, Amy M. Crowdson (Brian) of Springfield and Beau C. Thompson of Springfield; his grandchildren, Griffin and Cassidy Crowdson; and his brother William R. Thompson (Victoria) of Pekin. He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
