He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Johnson and Lois E. Johnson (Dickson); and his brother Alan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Cinda Smith; his son Joshua Johnson (Breanne); his granddaughters, Emma and Hailey Lesniak; and his sister Nancy Greene (Jeff).
