He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kozelka and Miriam Kozelka (Ashley); and his wife Reba Stanton. He is survived by: his daughters, Deirdre Springer (John) and Marla Kim (Lee); his grandchildren, Merai, Zachary Springer and Alexander Kim; and his siblings, Robin Kozelka and Francia Hawkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
