He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Lee and Diane Louise Blackwell (Nation). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Swart; his children, Michael David Blackwell (Dana) of Springfield, Elliott Mitchell Blackwell of Springfield and Jasmine Danielle Blackwell of Springfield; and his siblings, Tammy S. Blackwell of Springfield, Charles Shellhammer (Jaci) of Springfield and Anthony Shellhammer (Mariah) of Texas. He is also survived by four stepchildren; one grandchild; three step-grandchildren.
