He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Beck and Jean Beck (Baldus); and his siblings, Wally Beck and Susan Keating. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Beck of Springfield; his children, David Beck (Joselyn) of Eau Claire, WI, Matthew Beck (Sarah) of Cincinnati, OH and Courtney Donohue (Michael) of Cincinnati, OH; and his brother Tim Beck (Angela) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Little Flower Catholic School, 900 Adlai Stevenson Dr., Springfield, IL 62703.
