With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Pfeiffer of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Charles and Amy J. Pfeiffer. He is survived by: his children, Jessica (Randy Fiscus), Joshua, Ashley (Jerry Priddy) and Nicholas; his brothers, Michael, Paul, James and Brian; his grandchildren, Matthew and Zoe; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria and RoseMary. He is also survived by two nephews; and several cousins.
