He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Sylvester and Mayala Spann Williams; his wife Joyce Irene Clark; his son Rick Williams; and his brother Larry Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Duane E. Williams of Springfield, Dana Ray Williams of Springfield, Craig Schaefer (Cindy) of Astoria, Suzanne King (Kevin) of Rochester and LeaAnn Johnson (Rod) of Auburn; and his grandchildren, Ricky Williams, Presley Williams, Luke Williams, Dana Renae Williams, Kelsea Schaeffer, Brandy Lane (Keith), Abbey Thorman (Brent), Courtney King, Jacob King, Alex Johnson, Ben Johnson, Peter Lane, Dakota, Reagen, Cameron and Anderson Thorman.
