We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2022, at the age of 69, Debra J. Carrigan of Springfield, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell P. Kramer and J. Evelyn Kramer (Breeden); and her siblings, Harold Kramer, Cynthia Kramer and Marlene Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Richardson (Marcus Pratt) of Bath, Shannon Nunez (Horacio) of Beardstown, Julie Wagner (Jon) of Ocala and Adam Goben (Michele) of Browning; and her siblings, Carol Ash, Terri Smith, Kathleen Sarff and Mark Kramer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Debra's name to her family to assist with funeral costs.
