He was predeceased by: his parents, George Taylor and Berniece Taylor (Luhmann); his siblings, Gary and Constance Gates; and his nephew Bryan Knoles (Joelle).
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Whitecotton (Scott); and his niece Deanna "Missy" Fowler (Mike). He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
