He is survived by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Connie Johnson of Springfield; and his siblings, Becky Yates (Bill), Kevin (Michelle), Carol, Bob (Marlo) and Tim Johnson (Madchen). He is also survived by four nieces; four nephews; two great-nephews; and one great-niece.
