With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Scheuermann (Springfield, Illinois), born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on May 20, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Soule and Ramona Bickel Soule; her husband Paul Scheuermann; and her siblings, Betty Hagmeier and David Soule.

She is survived by : her children, Diane Piper (Greg) of Chatham, Teresa Pinneo (John) of Springfield and Kurt Scheuermann (Marla) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Carrie Carroll (Mike Lee) of Springfield, Adam Harms (Laura) of Kirkwood, MO, Kristopher Scheuermann of Huntsville, AL, Scott Scheuermann of Orlando, FL and Paul Pinneo of Springfield; and her sister Laura Rulon of Keokuk, IA.. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

“I’m so very sorry to hear of Dee’s passing. She was one of my Mother’s (Maggie Turner) closest friends. She will be dearly missed but I’m sure they are having quite a reunion in heaven. May God cover your family with His comfort and peace at this difficult time.”
