In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donna leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Raymond and Fern Kinney; and her sister Deloris "Jeanne" Wollesen. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Mosley (Joseph Bartley) of Riverton, IL; her grandchildren, Kirsten Mosley of Riverton, Garrett Mosley (Leslie Chandler) of Clinton, IL and Schyler Mosley of Williamsville, IL; her son Jeffrey Higgins (Theresa Gunnels) of Salem, IL; her granddaughter Brianna Higgins of Jacksonville, IL; and her niece Dena Warren of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Riverton Village Hall (1200 Riverton Rd, Riverton, IL 62561).
