It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Jane Call of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 17, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edgar Call and Elsie June Wertz Call; and her grandparents, Frank, Elsie Wertz, Edgar and Jane Call.
She is survived by: her close friend Karen Graff of Springfield, IL; and her cousins, Charles B. Call, Jr., Paula Call, Diana Gillespie, William "Bill" Call, Craig Call and Brian Call.
After the COVID pandemic, she became a big fan of the Green Bay Packers, as well as the St. Louis Blues, and she loved watching college basketball.
Memorial contributions in memory of Donna may be made to Lincoln Library Foundation, Animal Protective League, or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
